Eight massage techniques work together to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. Session Overview

Before your session, please remember to eat lightly and bring a disposable thong to make the treatment easier.

• Introduction to the treatment, including a Prakriti test (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) to determine the most suitable oil

• Setting up the equipment - please ensure the room is spacious enough

• Treatment
