About My Experience
For over 40 years, I have lived in the Périgord, just next to Sarlat. My journey first led me into the medical field, working as a caregiver. Connecting with people and being there for them was undoubtedly the part I loved most about my work.
A few years later, I discovered Ayurveda, which was a true revelation for me. I finally realized what I was meant to do: be with people and bring them well-being. The idea of treating each person individually, with care tailored to their unique imbalances (vikritis), felt completely natural to me.
I completed a certified program at the Leela Center (38), earning the title of Practitioner-Therapist in Ayurvedic & Energy Body Treatments.
I then trained at L’Esthétique Orientale (83) to master Oriental massages.
In 2020, My'ZenDo was born—bringing Ayurvedic and home massage treatments directly to you in Dordogne, near Sarlat, for a personalized and relaxing experience.
